It's of her character, which I can't recall the name of. Uhh..

I got really crazy with the waves/motion in this one. I wanted to do something that... flowed... moved... I think I succeeded?
If you can't tell it's supposed to be her cape, which gradually turns into waves. I don't really think it looks like a cape anymore... but eh. XD
